工作职责：

Track and trace shipments daily

Ensure easy and timely freight process flow

Ensure delivery of freight is done in a timely manner

Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing

Contribute to maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers

Contribute in improving efficiency within the department

Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated

Communication - timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

Multitasking skills when it comes to work space and computer software programs

任职要求：

Minimum MBO-4 diploma, HBO preferred but not required

Logistics experience preferred but not required.

High quality verbal and written communications skills, including demonstrated abilities to listen, understand, communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive results

Problem solver – quality decision making

Ability to work in teams

Pro-active, strong organizational skills

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English
